Damaged, misprinted or wrong orders
If an order arrives damaged, is misprinted or contains the wrong items due to our error, we'll arrange a replacement or reprint at our cost.

How to report a problem
Email hello@designashirt.co.za promptly after delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs.
